The PS50-2A 12-Volt Max Multi-X Cutting Kit offers: Litheon batteries for long-lasting power. Variable speeds for versatility. Play-free drive system. Compact design for getting into tight spaces.

The PS50-2A kit includes a (1) HCS Plunge Cut Blade, (2) Sanding Pad, and (3) Adapter.

The Multi-X Cutting Kit lets you: 1. Saw flush with a surface. 2. Scrape and remove paint from a window frame. 3. Make cutouts in furniture for power sockets. 4. Sand and remove paint from wooden surfaces.

12-Volt Litheon Batteries for Long-Lasting Power
The PS50-2A uses 12-Volt Max Litheon batteries with unmatched battery runtime and a 400-percent-longer lifetime than traditional lithium-ion batteries. In fact, two battery packs should allow you to perform primary applications without down-time. Litheon batteries are the most advanced lithium-ion batteries available today. They allow more battery charges and provide longer runtime without memory effect--meaning the batteries do not need to be empty before charging.

The batteries can also be taken out of the charger before charging is complete. Other benefits include: significantly less self discharge; electronic cell protection that guards against overheating, overload, and deep discharge; and no loss of power from the first to last screw or hole. Best of all, these batteries will fully charge in 30 minutes and will be at 85% capacity in just 15 minutes.

Versatile and flexible, the PS50-2A offers corded performance for cutting, sanding, and a range of other tasks. It's suitable for use with soft wood, hardwood, metal, drywall, and plastic, and it creates less dust than most other sanders. For added convenience, when used with the adaptor, it's compatible with most accessories.

Compact, Well-Balanced Design for Easy Handling
Measuring just 10.9 by 2.32 inches (LxH) and weighing only 2.12 pounds, the PS50-2A easily fits in tight spaces and corners when sanding or cutting. The plastic nose prevents marks on work pieces, and the ergonomic design with small perimeter and front soft-grip provides comfortable handling, even if the tool grows warm.

Variable Speed and Angle Adjustment for Superior Control
The PS50-2A provides a speed range from 5,000 to 20,000 RPM that's controlled by a variable-speed dial for quick and easy speed adjustments while you're sanding.

And, for precise results, the tool holder provides variable-angle adjustment within 240 degrees.
