Air blown into my face. It seems the direction of the vent is wrong. It was so annoyig that i had to reverse it by attaching folded sheets of aliminum foil (works well). Otherwise i would have given it five stars.Customer Review: Customer satisfaction

I really miss a dust brush. This only comes with a combo upholstery brush and crevice tool. I miss the dust brush for spot dusting on flat, hard surfaces, as well as for dusting lampshades. This has really been my only complaint. Otherwise it's a good, lightweight vacuum cleaner.
