Customer Review: Good specs for a 3/8 Drill.

Please consider this as an inquiry, not a review. My rating is for the specs only, not based on actual ownership of the tool.
Good: Swiss made, Bosch name, high speed (compared to 1/2" drills @ 850RPM typical), very high torque (for a 3/8" drill), single sleeve keyless chuck, high amperage.
Bad: Bosch Customer Service is CLUELESS about this drill. I called NUMEROUS times just to inquire whether this drill has a SPINDLE LOCK and the answers they gave me varied from person to person and I had a feeling they never even know what the specs of this drill are. Spindle lock means when you tighten the bit by turning the sleeve on the chuck clockwise, the spindle will stay locked in place, not rotating along with the chuck's sleeve and therefore you can tighten the chuck much tighter. The reason why I believe it has spindle lock is because it uses a single sleeve keyless chuck. It makes NO SENSE whatsoever to put a single sleeve keyless chuck onto a drill without a spindle lock mechanism because you cannot tighten the chuck very tight.
I took 1 star off because of the cluelessness of Bosch's Customer Service Team (yes, I meant TEAM because I spoke to at least 4 persons from Bosch and still have no answer and they made me believe that they're completely incompetent).
Here's my inquiry to the owners of this drill: please tell me, from your own experiences, if this drill has spindle lock or not? Please differentiate between a true spindle lock and "difficult to turn the chuck" caused by gear reductions. Spindle lock means the spindle will stay dead nut in place no matter how much force you use to turn the chuck by hand. Gear reductions means you CAN turn the chuck with ENOUGH force, even though it's hard to turn. This will help me a lot in making my decision whether to buy this drill or not.
